秦皇岛港中水厂运行中存在的主要问题及对策

秦皇岛港中水厂运行中存在以下主要问题:实际处理规模达不到设计标准,水处理成本偏高;鼓风机房噪音大;提升泵和曝气系统实际运行情况与设计不完全相符;清水池产生臭气,消毒气体持续消毒效果不好,水质不达标;电动蝶阀漏水、漏气.通过分析与实践,提出了相关对策,实施后达到了预期效果.结合一期工程的问题、经验,对二期工程提出了几点建议和应注意的问题.

Problems and countermeasures in the reclaimed wastewater treatment plant in Qinhuangdao Harbor

This reclaimed wastewater treatment plant is running at flow less than the designed capacity, so it is uneconomic with higher operating cost. Also series of problems appeared like the higher noise in blower-house, the offensive odor in the clear water tank, the out-off designed working status of pumping assembles and aeration system, the unfavorable gas disinfection and the poor liquid and gas tightness of the butterfly valves. All these resulted unacceptable quality of the output water. These problems were discussed and countermeasures were proposed and best results have been obtained. Based on the experiences in the first phase of this project, some advices are also presented to the second phase in this paper.
