基于ANSYS的某履带式装甲车悬挂装置的模态分析与改进设计

摘    要:以履带式装甲车悬挂装置为对象,通过PRO/E建立其三维实体模型,在此基础上建立相应的有限元模型,运用ANSYS有限元软件对悬挂装置进行模态分析.通过ANSYS求解,获得了悬挂装置的前十阶固有振动频率和模态振型.在对结果进行分析的基础上,以降低系统质量,寻找合理的固有频率和振型为目标,对悬挂装置的局部结构进行改进设计,悬挂系统不会共振,系统质量减少,系统动态特性提高.

Abstract:Three-dimensional solid model of the suspension of caterpillar armoured vehicles is built by PRO/E.Modal analysis of the suspension is done on ANSYS.The first 10-order natural vibration frequencies and modal vibration mode of the suspension are obtained.Based on the analysis of the results,optimization of the local structure of the suspension is achieved in order to reduce the system mass,to natural frequencies and modal vibration mode and improve the structural design.Suspension system will not resonate.The system mass will be reduced,and the system dynamic characteristics will be also improved.
