摘    要:在平面磨床上对40Cr钢进行了磨削淬硬处理,研究了磨削淬硬层的组织、耐磨性和磨损机理.结果表明,40Cr钢磨削淬硬层主要由板条马氏体和孪晶马氏体组成,位错密度较高;淬硬层显微硬度高达670 HV0.5,且存在残余压应力.与调质态基体相比,磨削淬硬层的耐磨性提高6~11倍;在干摩擦条件下,磨削淬硬层的磨损机理主要为磨粒磨损和氧化磨损.

Abstract:40Cr steel was grind-hardened on a plane grinder. The microstructure,wear resistance and wear mechanism of the grind-hardened layer were studied. The results indicate that the grind-hardened layer consists of the lath martensite and twin martensite, dislocation density is higher in the lath martensite. The microhardness is up to 670 HV0. 5 and the compressive residual stresses are existing in the grind-hardened layer. Compared with the matrix, the wear resistance of the grind-hardened layer for 40Cr steel is increased by 6 - 11 times. The wear mechanisms of the grind-hardened layer are characterized abrasive and oxidation under dry sliding conditions.
