电动汽车锂离子电池能量管理系统研究

摘    要:为了给电动汽车提供良好的动力来源并保证安全可靠,根据万向纯电动汽车所用的锂离子动力电池的特性,提出了电池能量管理系统的总体设计方案.根据电池组使用要求,对管理系统进行了上位机与监控模块的硬件、软件设计;针对电池均衡的需要,提出了充电均衡控制策略;对电池配组进行了介绍,并提出了一种在工程上可行的电池配组方案.经实际调试和使用,该管理系统在纯电动汽车锂离子动力电池能量管理方面取得了良好效果.

Abstract:To provide good power source for electric vehicles and ensure their safety and reliability, a battery energy management system was designed based on the characteristic of the Li-ion battery equipped on Wanxiang electric vehicle. The hardware and software of host computer and monitor module were designed based on the usage requirement of the battery packs. Aiming at the equalization requirement of the battery, the charge equalization control strategy was proposed. The battery matched group is introduced and a reasonable battery matched group scheme was brought forward. Through practical test and application, the Li-ion battery energy management system achieves good effects on pure electric vehicles.
