摘    要:NdFeB磁体虽然具有优良的磁性能,但因其耐腐蚀性差、易被氧化等缺点,在一定程度上限制了其使用性。本文采用压延成型制备工艺制备出柔性粘结NdFeN、NdFeB磁体。对两种磁体进行耐水锈、高温耐湿和耐盐雾对比性实验研究,发现柔性粘结NdFeB磁体耐腐蚀性很差,而柔性粘结NdFeN磁体基本不发生腐蚀反应,说明后者具有更优的耐蚀性能。

Abstract:The applications of NdFeB magnet is limited in a great degree because of the shortcoming of erosion and oxidation, although it has excellent magnetic properties. We have prepared flexible bonded NdFeB and NdFeN magnets using the same manufacturing processes. Experimental comparasions between the two materials are performed on water erosion resistance, salt fog resistance and moisture resistance at high termperature. The results show that the flexible bonded NdFeB magnet is eroded and oxidated easily, but slight erosion and oxidation appears in flexible bonded NdFeN magnet, indicating the later has more excellent erosion resistance.
