Abstract:In this article,cold cracking sensitivity was investigated of welded P91 thick-wall furnace pipes. Impact toughness was directly and significantly subject to welding heat input and interpass temperture. Weld toughness,especially for fused and heat-affected zones is weaked in case of increasing of heat input and interpass temperature.
