| 摘 要： | 根据输送链工作条件及其失效零件的损伤情况，分析了输送链发生非正常失效的机理，得出导致失效的主要原因是恶劣的工作条件、链节联结牢固度不足以及缺乏合理的润滑。

| Abstract: | The abnormal failure mechanism of conveyor chains is analyzed according to the operating condition and damaged parts' state.It is concluded that the main causes of failure are harsh running circumstances,not fastened link joints and inadequate lubrication. |
