摘    要:Atos流动式光学扫描仪基于光栅原理,是逆向工程领域中一种先进的非接触式光学扫描设备。该设备利用系统标定和固定参考点来实现多幅图像的拼合对齐,以完成整个工件的扫描测量工作。本文主要介绍了参考点的使用和扫描测量工件的方式。

Abstract:ATOS flowing optical scanner with the fringe pattern theory is a kind of advanced and non-contacted of equipment in reverse engineering. The several partial views of automatic alignment is realized by Atos with the sensor-calibration and fixed reference points. The use of reference points and the way of measuring object are briefly introduced this paper. A kind of advanced ATOS flowing optical scanner used in reverse engineering is introduced, which is non - contact of objects with a fringe pattern theory.
