摘    要:从工程应用的角度详细地分析了动态负载仿真中非线性因素对系统静态和动态性能的影响,通过数字仿真指出了影响系统性能的主要非线性因素,从控制系统设计角度讨论了主要非线性的抑制,最后给出了试验结果。

Abstract:The noalinear factros in the electrohydraulic servo loading systems (ESLS) and their effects on the system performances are studied in detail. The discussed nonilnear factors include saturation, dead zone, hguteresis, friction, backlash, sampling and valve port overlap.Through digital simulation, it is pointed out that wive port overlap is the main nonlinear factor which affects the system servo performances. On the basis of the above analysis, the control method of the ESLS is designed. The main results are: (1) the servo valve should be negative port overlap ; (2) the openloop gain should vary with the loading gradient; and (3)the parameters of the control law should be adaptive. At the end of the paper, some test results for practital ESLS are shown, which indicate that the susgested control method is effective in rgstraining the nondnear effects in the ESLS.
