摘    要:简述了用复合材料法制取多孔锌的过程。实验研究了铸型预热温度、金属液过热温度等工艺参数的影响。定量描述了所制多孔锌的孔结构参数。测试并分析了其抗压应力—应变曲线。制得的多孔锌具有理想的三维网络骨架结构,孔隙率高达80%以上,开孔率较高,适宜用作化学电源的多孔电极

On Laboratory Production of Foam Zinc with Composition Method
Abstract:The key to production of many types of batteries is the quality of their zinc electrode. Foam zinc alloy is essential to many types of batteries. We propose composition method as a new and better laboratory manufacturing method of zinc foams. The influence of mould preheating temperature and that of molten metal pouring temperature were investigated experimentally. The parameters of pore structures of the new type zinc foams were calculated. Its compression curves were measured and discussed. This new type of zinc foams has ideal threedimensional texture. Its porosity is higher than 80%. Most of the pores are open. They can be used as zinc electrodes in batteries.
