| Abstract: | The dynamic process of load dumping is analyzed and a new mathematical mathematical model to calculate the value of runaway speed is presented. The value of runaway speed can be determined by applying the normally operated system a small disturbance and then to detect the runaway speed by an intellegent instrument in real time measurement. |
