摘    要:液压传动属于低效率的传动,液压泵作为主要能量转换装置,对系统总效率影响很大.本文从节能的角度出发,建立齿轮泵间隙优化模型.以CBZb2系列泵为例,得到各型号泵的优化间隙,并求得优化间隙下的效率,与试验结果进行了对比分析.

Abstract:The efficiency of hydraulic driving is low. As the energy transformation unit, the hydraulic pump has great effect to total efficiency of hydraulic system. In order to reduce energy loss, the gap optimal model of external gear pump was established. The optimization gap and the efficiency under it was calculated for CBZb2 series external gear pumps, and the efficiency was compared with experimental data.
