摘    要:用乙二醛或戊二醛作交联剂,硫酸铝一酒石酸作催化剂,乙二醇作添加剂,对柞蚕丝织物进行抗皱整理。通过实验,发现铝盐是有效的催化剂,催化剂AS与TA摩尔比为2:1时,折皱恢复角处于最佳,但手感变差。当乙二醛与乙二醇的摩尔比恒定在1:2时,其抗皱能力与强度要好于乙二醛与乙二醇的摩尔比恒定在2:1时。随催化剂浓度的提高,织物的折皱弹性回复角略有下降,强度略有提高。焙烘条件以温度为150℃,时间为90s为宜,适当提高温度和延长时间可使柞蚕丝织物的抗皱性增强。

Abstract:Taking glyozal or glutaraldehyde as the cross-linking agent,aluminium sulfate(AS) and tartaric acid(TA) as the accelerant and ethylene glycol as the additive,crease-resist finishing of tussah was made experimentally.It was found that aluminum salt(AS) was an effective accelerant and when the mol ratio of AS to TA was 2:1,the angle of untwist crease was optimized but the hand feeling was poorer.When the mol ratio of glyozal to glutaraldehyde was 1:2 constantly,the tussah had better characteristics of untwist crease and strength than those when the mol ratio of glgozal to glutaraldehyde was 2:1.With the increase of accelerant concentration,the angle of untwist crease was slightly smaller,and the strength was increased slightly.The optimal curing conditions were at a temperature of 150℃ and a duration of 90s.Proper increases in curing temperature and duration can improve the crease-resist quality of tussah.
