有机氯农药的固相萃取前处理技术和分析方法

摘    要:评述了固相萃取技术(SPE)的基本模式、方法原理、吸附剂类型及其两种常见形式(SPE柱式萃取和SPE盘式萃取),并简要介绍了在常规SPE基础上发展起来的固相微萃取技术(SPME)。综述了近年来固相萃取技术与气相色谱和质谱等分析方法联用,应用于环境样品中有机氯农药残留分析的进展情况。

Abstract:Solid-phase extraction(SPE) has been widely used in environmental sample preparation. The basic mode, method principle, sorbent types of SPE and its two formats in common use (SPE cartridge and SPE disk) are described. The paper also introduces solid-phase microextraction (SPME) which is developed from the conventional SPE. The comprehensive applications of the several methods of SPE, GC and mass spectrometry (MS) and so on to the analysis of residual organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) in environmental samples are also reviewed.
