| 摘 要： | 针对变电站视频监控系统存在的实际技术问题,介绍了一种新型变电站视频监控系统及其具体实现方案,包括系统模型、系统结构、远程监控和智能监控功能的设计,以及系统测试等.系统采用嵌入式技术和基于网络分层的开放的会话发起协议(SIP)架构,系统的各成员之间可以在域内处理大量的信令信息和媒体流信息,具有扩展性、智能性、灵活性、自主性和互操作性等多种优良特性,可以实现变电站视频监控管理及控制的基本和扩展功能.
