基于IGBT的逆变器驱动电路设计

摘    要:讨论了IGBT的T的工作特性及其对驱动电路的要求,根据IGBT特性及变频器逆变电路要求设计了一种以HCPL 314J为核心芯片具有保护功能的IGBT驱动电路.实验证明该电路结构简单,使用可靠,易于操作,配合ARM等控制芯片能达到很好的驱动效果.

Abstract:The paper discussed the operating characteristics of IGBT and the requirements of the driving circuit,according to characteristics of IGBT and the requirement of inverter circuit to design an order HCPL-314J as the core chip with protection function of the IGBT driving circuit.Experiments prove that the circuit structure is simple,reliable,and easy to be operated cooperates,with the ARM controller chip to achieve good results.
