摘    要:根据基于直线运动和圆运动合成原理的三电机激振的自同步平动椭圆振动筛工作原理,在不计弹性力和阻尼力的条件下,考虑了振动筛产生直线运动的同步相位差角1α和圆运动的同步相位差角2α,建立了动力学方程,运用Hamilton原理建立了振动筛的自同步条件和稳定运转条件。结果表明:在满足自同步条件和稳定运转条件的情况下,振动筛能够实现自同步和稳定运转,为该类产品提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Based on movement synthesize of linear motion and circular motion of tri-motor self-synchronization balanced elliptical motion shale shaker working theory,under the conditions of excluding elastic force and damping force,the linear motion of the synchronous phase angle α1 and circular movements synchronized phase angle α2 was considered.The dynamic equation was established,using Hamilton principle to establish a shaker stability of operating condition and self-synchronization condition.Studies have shown that the shaker can run synchronously and steadily when the stability of operating condition and self-synchronization condition are met.Further,it provides a theoretical basis for such products.
