干式充填采矿法在上宫金矿的应用试验

摘    要:对1031中段7533采场进行了采矿方法试验。试验采用干式充填采矿法,对采场底部结构、采准切割、落矿方案等关键技术进行革新,取得了采场出矿能力70~80t/d、矿石回采率90%、贫化率10%、采切比5.5m/kt的技术指标,达到了提高采场生产能力、增加矿石回收率、降低采矿成本、增加效益的目的。

Abstract:Experiment of mining method was carried out in 7533 stope of 1031 sections by employing dry-filling mining. In the experiment bottom structure of stope,and falling ore plan were reformed. The experiment resuited in a reduction of mining cost and better economic benefit by increasing the stope production and ore recovery ratio by 70-80t/d and 90 % respectively,and by reducing the depletion ratio by 10 %.
