纤维对油井水泥作用机理的实验研究

摘    要:实验表明,随着纤维加量和纤维长度的增大,水泥石的抗折强度和抗压强度逐渐增大,但是当纤维加量和纤维长度的增大到一定程度后,水泥石的抗折强度和抗压强度又有所下降,纤维加量和纤维长度存在一个较优范围。

Abstract:The experiment to study the action mechanism that polypropylene fibre improve the folding strength and the compressive strength of cement stone was done. The study results show that the folding strength and the compressive strength of cement stone increase with the increase of the fiber addition and fiber length. But the increase in the fiber addition amount and the fibre length is to certain extent, the folding strength and the compressive strength of cement stone decrease instead. The addition amount and the length of fiber have one excellent range verified by experiment. Micro mirror image test verify that the fibre suppressed the formation and development of the crackle in cement stone and improves the macroscopical strength of the cement stone by making cement base body part strengthen, and increasing the necessary energy to form macroscopic destroy from the crackle.
