连杆锻件节料与制坯辊锻模设计优化

摘    要:通过分析连杆及其辊锻件,并综合考虑锻件节料最大化及工艺的可行性,对连杆辊锻件各区段长度及杆部横截面积进行了重新分配.根据新辊锻件最小截而的总延伸系数,试选3套不同的槽系方案分别计算分析,最终确定"椭圆-方形-椭圆-方形"槽系组合为该连杆制坯辊锻的优化方案,并设计了相应的辊锻模.经三维有限元数值仿真及实物生产证实:辊锻结果与设计吻合良好,单件连杆锻件下料重量降低了17%.
