对高炉冶炼钒钛磁铁矿问题的新认识

摘    要:高炉冶炼钒钛磁铁矿的诸多特殊现象都是因为炉渣中含有大量的TiO2。TiO2还原产生的Ti(C,N)较多地富集于炉渣表面,起到稳定泡沫渣的作用,还原入铁水中的Ti在1200℃左右以Ti(C,N)的形式析出于铁水表面,改善了渣铁的润湿性,使随炉渣流失的金属铁增多。利用离子碱度可以较好地表示出炉渣脱硫能力的变化,有利于选择合适的炉料结构。炉渣的溶化性温度随渣中TiO2和CaO含量的提高而提高,而SiO2在降低炉渣熔化性温度方面有较大的作用

Abstract:The high TiO2 content in the slag of smelting vanadiumbearing titanomagnetite results in many special problemsTi(C,N)reduced from TiO2 is easy to gather at surface of the slag stabilizing the slag foamingTi of hot metal precipitates in the form of Ti(C,N)at surface about 1 200 to improve the wetting ability between the hot metal and slag,increasing the metal lossWith ion basicity the desulphurizing ability can be described linearly,by which the burden can be selected rightlyTiO2 and CaO increase the fusibility temperature of the slag,but SiO2 decreases the temperature much more
