交流伺服电机在包装压力试验机中的应用研究

摘    要:传统的包装件压力试验机以液压为动力,响应速度慢,无法精确控制压板的速度和行程,液压油容易泄露造成试验样品污染。用交流伺服电机作为驱动,可以精确控制压板的速度和位移。本文论述了交流伺服电机的优点及其驱动压力机的常用方式,详细介绍了在选用交流伺服电机时相关参数的计算,用交流伺服电动机驱动压力试验机在包装实验方面还是一个新的课题,有很大的研究价值。

Abstract:Traditional pressure tester is drived by hydraulic pressure,it is hard to control the rate and the distance,and it is very unresponsive,especially the oil tends to leak to contaminate the specimen.It is exact to control the rate and the distance drived by AC servo motor.This paper disgusses the advantage of AC servo motor and the driving methods of the servo motor,detailedly introduces how to choose a appropriate AC servo motor.It will be valuable to study the pressure tester drived by AC servo motor in pac...
