大庆油田公司勘探开发形势与发展战略

目前,中国石油大庆油田公司(简称大庆油田公司)面临“后备资源接替不足、开发难度日益增大”等难题。通过回顾大庆油田公司油气勘探开发历程,总结了各领域勘探开发成果与技术系列,阐述了存在的关键问题和攻关方向,提出了大庆油田公司发展战略构想。分析认为:大庆油田公司油气勘探完善了陆相生油理论、源控论,发展了陆相坳陷湖盆、复杂断陷、火山岩、致密油气等勘探理论,形成了配套的勘探开发特色技术。随着油气勘探开发领域的不断拓展与延伸,结合大庆长垣油田的特高含水期开发和长垣外围油田的难采油气储量动用等方面面临的一系列开发难题,大庆油田公司明确了在完善已有勘探开发技术基础上,加快页岩油、碳酸盐岩勘探开发配套技术攻关及大幅度提高采收率、难采储量有效动用配套技术攻关等,以期实现后备资源有效接替和提高油气产量目标。同时,通过分析面对矛盾和挑战,以及自身发展的优势和潜力,大庆油田公司提出了“本土油气业务持续有效发展、海外油气业务规模跨越发展、新兴接替业务稳步有序发展和服务业务优化升级发展”的发展战略。基于大庆油田公司发展战略目标,编制了“十四五”油气勘探开发规划方案,为大庆油田公司转型升级发展提供资源保障。

Exploration and development situation and development strategy of Daqing Oilfield Company

At present,the Daqing Oilfield Company is facing problems such as“insufficient replacement resources,increasing difficulties in petroleum development”.By reviewing the history of exploration and development of Daqing Oilfield Company,achievements and technologies of exploration and development in various business sectors are summarized,major concerns and research directions clarified,and the development strategy of Daqing Oilfield Company outlined.It is regarded that the exploration practice of Daqing Oilfield has improved the theories of continental oil generation and source controlling the hydrocarbon accumulation,developed exploration theories of continental depression lake basin,complex fault depression,volcanic rocks,and tight oil and gas,and formed corresponding supporting characteristic technologies for exploration and development.Along with the expansion and extension in petroleum exploration and development scopes,and combining with a series of problems in developing the ultra-high water-cut Daqing Changyuan oilfield and the difficult-to-recover oil and gas reserves in the periphery of Changyuan oilfield,Daqing Oilfield Company has made it clear that,on the basis of improving the existing exploration and development technologies,research on supporting technologies should be accelerated for shale oil and carbonate rocks exploration and development,oil recovery and effective production of difficult-to-recover reserves to achieve the goal of effective replacement of substitution resources and increasing oil and gas production.At the same time,based on analysis of the major contradictions and challenges,and the advantages and potentials of self-development,Daqing Oilfield Company proposed the development strategy of“sustainable and effective development of local oil and gas business,large scale and leap forward development of overseas oil and gas business,steady and orderly development of emerging replacement business,and optimization and upgrading development of service business”.Based on the strategic development objectives of the Daqing Oilfield Company,the 14th Five-Year Plan for petroleum exploration and development is formulated,which provided resources guarantee for the transformation and upgrading development of Daqing Oilfield Company.
