Abstract:Under complex working conditions,it is difficult to extract weak fault features of the shearer.In order to solve the problem,maximum correlated kurtosis deconvolution(MCKD)was introduced to diagnose the fault of the gearbox of the cutting unit of the shearer.However,the extracting effects with MCKD algorithm were probably poor according to the deconvolution period determined by priori information.Therefore,within a certain range of the calculated deconvolution period,the optimal deconvolution fault period was determined by periodically searching for the fault signal,thus the excellent deconvolution effects with MCKD algorithm were guaranteed.Finally,the extraction of the weak fault features of the cutting unit of the shear and the diagnosis application indicated the effectiveness and the superiority of the method.
