In this paper,from the perspective of design managers of real estate companies,taking the matters needing attention of plate heat exchanger in heat exchange station of a complex project in Beijing as an example,this paper expounds the matters that must be clear before the equipment exhaust from the aspects of rationality of design,compliance with current specifications,cost and construction,etc.,It also describes the key points that a design manager should control the drawings and technical parameters of the equipment,hoping to provide reference for the design and selection of plate heat exchanger and material determination in HVAC system.
