碳纤维微电极检测系统的噪声分析与处理

摘    要:为了给碳纤维微电极(电化学传感器)检测系统创造低噪声检测环境,达到在细胞生命活动极微环境下检测的信号不失真噪声低的目的.通过调研收集数据,并进行检测实验,采用膜片钳软件和IGOR Pro数据分析软件对实验数据分析,按系统中不同类型的噪声分类如:大环境小环境噪声、内源外源噪声、不同物理性质噪声,运用理论分析法、直观法给出定性的分析,提供处理方法(如双屏蔽)和系统改进方案(如贝塞尔低通滤波器),系统解决了检测时噪声影响问题,使检测数据真实可靠.

Abstract:In order to create low noise environment,achieve in cell life activities a minimal environment detection signal without distortion of low noise for carbon fiber microelectrode (electrochemical sensor) detection system.We collect data,test experiments,and use patch clamp software and IGOR Pro data analysis software to analysis experimental data,classify the noise types in the system,such as big environment and small environmental noise,endogenous and exogenous noise environment noise,the different physical properties noise,qualitative analysis is given by applying the method of theory and intuitive analysis,provide processing methods (such as double shielding) and system improvement program (such as Bessel low pass filter),the system can solve the problem of detecting noise impact,make the test data are true and correct.
