工程管理组织知识管理体系的构建研究——以代建单位为例

知识管理对于组织绩效具有重要的促进作用，而完善的知识管理体系有利于组织提高知识管理水平，因此，各类工程管理组织均有必要建立适合于自己的知识管理体系。以代建单位为例来研究知识管理体系的构建问题，提出从知识管理的活动系统、组织系统和信息系统3 个方面构建代建单位知识管理体系的思路，并讨论了具体的构建方法。从知识识别与审计、知识获取与加工、知识存储与积累、知识共享与交流和知识应用与创新5 个方面构建了代建单位的知识管理活动系统；从组建知识管理组织和知识联盟、建设知识导向型组织文化、完善知识管理激励机制和制订知识管理配套制度4 个方面构建了代建单位的知识管理组织系统；并构建了基于Web 的代建单位知识管理信息系统框架。

Research on the Knowledge Management System of Project Management Organization the Vicarious Management Corporation as an Example

Knowledge management plays an important role to promote the organization performance, and knowledge management system can help organizations to improve the level of knowledge management. Therefore all kinds of engineering management organization are necessary to establish the suitable knowledge management system of their own. This paper studies the establishment of the knowledge management system of vicarious management corporation as an example, puts forward the thinking to establish the knowledge management system of the vicarious management corporation from three aspects including the activity system, organization system and information system of the knowledge management, and discusses the concrete establishing method. The knowledge management activity system of vicarious management corporation is established from five aspects including knowledge identification and audit, knowledge application and processing, knowledge storage and accumulation, knowledge sharing and exchange, and knowledge application and innovation; and the knowledge management organization system of vicarious management corporation is established from four aspects including building the knowledge management organization and knowledge alliance, establishing the knowledge oriented organization culture, improving the incentive mechanism of knowledge management, designing the knowledge management supporting system; then the knowledge management information system framework of vicarious management corporation is established based on the Web.
