超高频RFID零中频接收机噪声分析

摘    要:为了降低成本和降低电路复杂程度,超高频RFID(Radio Frequency Identification,即射频识别技术)阅读器接收电路一般采用零中频解调方式。文章对采用收发天线共用方式的零中频RFID接收链路的噪声水平进行分析,为超高频RFID射频接收电路的详细设计提供依据。

Abstract:Zero-IF receiver is widely used in the Ultra-High Frequency RFID system to reduce the cost and complexity of the circuit. This paper analyzes the noise factor of the homodyne RFID receiver which shares the same antenna with thetransmitter.
