摘    要:固态白酒在一定温度下浸提食药同源物质葛根、枸杞等,以其渣与蜂蜜、酒紫色红曲菌发酵后,并与固态白酒多微陈酿,再以蜂蜜、酒以紫色红曲菌发酵陈酿,用坛装窖藏曲酒科学配制成天地通健康高端白酒。

Abstract:Extract the edible medicinal plants like pueraria and wolfberry etc. in solid liquor under certain temperature, fermenting the dregs, honey and monascus purpureus went microbiological aging with solid liquor, then microbiological aging with boney, solid liquor and monascus purpureus went again, finally the outcome storage in pottery jars with the science preparation for Tianditong healthy liquor.
