| 摘 要： | 中国石化胜利油田有限公司河口压气站天然气处理装置由于原料天然气的硫含量超标，造成设备腐蚀、管道和换热设备堵塞、产品质量不合格等问题。针对这些问题进行了深入分析，提出了采用海绵铁法脱硫工艺降低原料气中硫含量的改造措施，可便原料气中硫含量降至25mg／m^3以下，取得了较好的效果。

| Abstract: | In the natural gas treatment plant of Hekou Gas Station in SINOPEC Shengli Oil Field, the high sulfur in NG has resulted in equipment corrosion, blocking of equipment and piping and off- specification of products. After detailed analysis, a sponge iron desulfurization process was proposed, which could reduce the sulfur in feed gas to less than 25 mg/m^3. Good results have been achieved in application. |
