无氧铜弯头开裂分析

摘    要:无氧铜基器件在后期冷加工过程中在弯头处出现裂纹。对该失效件进行扫描电镜、金相和氧含量分析,并与未出现裂纹的正常件进行对比。结果表明,氧含量超标,存在大量的脆性相氧化亚铜,且材料内部仍留有部分残余应力,是失效的主要原因。

Abstract:The crack of TU2 brazed elbow appeared during the hard-drawn process. It was investigated by means of SEM, metallography and oxygen content analysis. Results showed that the fracture was caused by higher content of O2, a large amount of Cu2 O and residual stress.
