| 摘 要： | 对利用Ｔ６９１６Ｂ镗床铣削加工游梁式抽油机曲柄键槽进行了探讨。实践表明，在Ｔ６９１６Ｂ镗床上使用专门设计的铣头铣削加工曲柄键槽，精度满足设计要求，且剪刀差值比设计要求减少５０％以上。这一加工方法对没有拉床而有镗床的制造厂家有实用价值。 |

| Abstract: | Milling the keyway on the crank of a beam pumping unit by using Model T6916B boring machine was investigated.hence shows that the accuracy of the crank keyway milled with specially designed milling cutter satisfies the design reqirement,and the shearing deviation is reduced by above 50% than that required. |
