中国应对国际反倾销法中替代国制度的策略

China's Countermeasures for Subrogate Country System of International Anti-dumping Law

In order to deal with the bad influence of subrogate country system of international anti-dumping law on China's exported goods,the author thoroughly studies the origin,formation,function etc.of subrogate country system of international anti-dumping law and finds out that the essence of subrogate lountry system is a kind of trade discrimination to nonmarket economy countries,which provides some practical countermeasures for China's government and enterprises to prevent and remedy subrogate country system.
