摘    要:通过对 5 0 0 k V上河变电站主设备的运行质量分析 ,结合第一次对 5 0 0 k V进口设备的检修情况 ,得出高压电气设备的年损坏率——时间曲线是一条盆形曲线 ,应特别重视主要设备的预防性试验工作。同时 ,为了避免 5 0 0 k V隔离刀闸操作时发生拉弧现象 ,应在二次控制回路上加装防过电压避雷器和电容器 ,以及将开关端子箱与机构箱之间的电缆更换成 KVV2 2型铜心聚氯乙烯护套编织屏蔽钢丝铠装控制电缆

Abstract:Through the operational quality analyse of the main equipments in 500 kV Shanghe Substation and together with the maintenamce condition of 500 kV importd eqiupments, the conclusion reveals that the curve of damag rate time curve for HV electrical eqiupments is a basin form curve, and the preventive test must be specially emphasized. In order to avoid an arcing ocurred in operation of 500 kV isolating swithch, the overvoltage preventive arrester and capacitor should be instlled in the secondary controlling circuit and the cable connecting the switch terminal box and structure box should be changed in to a controlling cable with KVV22 copper core coated by PVC protecting sleeve and further armoured with weaved steel wire gauzed shielding.
