摘    要:以城市污水处理厂普通活性污泥为对象,按照浓度梯度法向其中通入皂素废水进行驯化实验。通过3个周期的运行,当皂素废水投加量从0.5%增加到5%时,COD去除率均保持在68.93%以上。结果表明,污泥已基本适应皂素废水特性,活性污泥驯化完成。

Abstract:The domestication of activated sludge in the process using a SBR reactor to deal with saponin wastewater was studied. The domestication had been completed through three stages. When adding quantity of the saponin wastewater increased from 0.5%to 5%, the COD removal could keep above 68.93%The stable removal rate indicated that the sludge was basically adaptable to the saponin wastewater and the process of domesticating activated sludge had been completed.
