公共租赁房适宜套型浅析

为满足当代中青年的租房需求,公共租赁房居住品质的提升成为当务之急。通过问卷和访谈的调研方法。深入剖析当代中青年的生活方式和心理需求。据此从设计角度提出改善公租房建设品质的如下措施：首先,发展多样化的公租房套型,以满足多样化的租住需求;其次。采取餐起合一、书卧合一、卫浴分离和阳台综合利用、空间灵活布局等方式优化套内空间组织;最后,通过套型组合保证各个户型的南北通透。改良后的公租房设计空间紧凑、南北通透、经济适用,基本满足了中青年人群的居住需要。

An Analysis of Suitable Type of Public Rental Housing

To meet the demand of contemporary young and middle-aged renters, the promotion of residential quality of public rental housing has become a crucial issue of the moment. Through questionnaire and interview survey, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the lifestyle and psychological needs of contemporary young and middle-aged renters. Accordingly, through the design perspective, the following measures are put forward in order to improve the quality of public rental housing construction： firstly, diversified public housing types should be developed to meet the demand of diversified needs; secondly a series of schemes are proposed to optimize the residential space, such as the combination of dining room with living room, the integration of reading area with bedroom, the separation of toilet and bathroom, multifunctional balcony, and flexible spatial layout, and so on; finally, appropriate north-south ventilation would be ensured through combination of dwelling types. The optimized dwelling space would be compact, north-south penetrative, applicable and affordable, and basically meet the needs of young and middle-aged renters.
