万家口子水电站碾压混凝土配合比优化与研究

摘    要:万家口子水电站地处云贵高原乌蒙山处,水文地质条件复杂,作为目前世界最高的碾压混凝土双曲拱坝,对碾压混凝土性能指标要求较高。通过室内配合比设计实验,进行原材料检测,选定配合比参数,开展混凝土拌合物性能、力学的试验研究,确定满足设计要求的配合比,为同类型碾压混凝土配合比设计提供借鉴。

Abstract:Wanjiakouzi hydropower station is located at Wumeng Mountain of Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau, which has complicated hydro-geological conditions. Its dam as the world's highest RCC double-curvature arch dam at present, requires higher RCC performance indexes.The required mixture ratio is determined through mixture ratio design ex-periment in laboratory, raw material inspection, selection of mixture ratio parameters as well as performance tests and mechanical tests on concrete mixtures, which can be well referenced by similar RCC mixture ratio design.
