摘    要:针对某国有矿山企业2013年新招大学生离职率偏高的现状,在查阅相关文献资料的基础上,对该企业新招大学生离职原因进行探究。结合该企业目前正处于基建期的实际,根据研究对象的特殊性,运用相关理论剖析员工离职原因。通过归纳总结员工离职的影响因素,揭示员工离职所产生的影响,提出有针对性的对策及建议,从而提高组织效益、促进其健康与持续发展。

Abstract:In light of high turnover intentions of college graduates in a state-owned mining enterprise in 2013,based on relevant literature data,the reasons for the resignation are explored. Considering the fact that the enterprise is in infrastructure construction phase,relevant theoretical analysis of turnover intentions is conducted according to the special nature of the studied targets. Summarizing the factors of employees' resignation,the paper reveals the impact of employee turnover,proposes targeted countermeasures and suggestions to improve organizational effectiveness,and promote healthy and sustainable development.
