色曲河歌乐沱水电站移民生产安置方案的拟定

歌乐沱水电站建设征地征收的耕地数量虽然不大，移民生产安置人口也不多，但由于建设征地区本身耕地资源稀缺，公路升级等建设工程又占用了原本就为数不多的耕地资源，因此安置压力较大。在遵守国家和四川省有关政策、法规及规范的前提下，根据建设征地区的实际情况、移民环境容量分析成果并结合地方政府的意见和移民安置意愿，该工程拟定了全部采取自谋职业的方式进行安置的生产安置方案。

Preparation of Resettlement Plan for Geletuo Hydropower Station on Sequ River

Although Geletuo hydropower project requires not much farming land for construction and not many emi-grants are required to be resettled, the original farming land, including the land occupied by the construction projects such as road reconstruction projects, is still quite rare in the land requisition area, which produces great difficulty to the resettlement. Under the premise of following the related policies, regulations and specifications of the State and Sichuan Province, the project is proposed to adopt a self-employment resettlement plan based on the reality of the land requisition area, the results of resettler environment capacity analysis as well as the opinions of local government and the wills of the resettlers.
