摘    要:钨和钼的金属粉末生产是用氢气作还原剂。为了使还原反应完全,氢气的流量控制在几倍甚至几十倍的理论需要量,所以氢气需要回收和再生。由于氢是易燃易爆的气体,而还原炉内的温度又高达近千度,更严峻的是因不断地进料出料,炉门时常开启、关闭,因此确保氢气再生装置中氢气的压力与还原反应过程中氢气的流量均保持恒定,成为稳定钨、钼粉粒度的关键。本文对国内外氢气再生装置进行了全面比较,详细地分析了粒度波动的原因。

Abstract:Hydrogen is used as reducer in tungsten and molybdenum metal powder production. In order to realize complete re- duction reaction, hydrogen flow rate is controlled at several times or even dozens of times more than theoretical requirement, so hydro- gen is necessary to be recycled and regenerated. Because hydrogen is a flammable and explosive gas, the temperature in reducing fur- nace reaches nearly one thousand degrees, and more severe condition is that the doors of the furnace often need to be opened and closed for feeding and discharging, so to ensure the invariance of both hydrogen pressure in regeneration unit and flow rate in reduc- tion reaction plays a key role in the stability of the tungsten and molybdenum powder granularity. The reasons of granularity fluctua- tion are analyzed in detail and the hydrogen regeneration units at home and abroad are thoroughly compared.
