摘    要:介绍了采用Unigraphics软件系统实现复杂型面零件数控加工的图形化编程技术的一般方法和特点,探讨了采用该软件系统提供的二次开发语言GRIP编程实现数控加工代码读取并实现刀具轨迹仿真模拟的方法.

Abstract:The general machining method of complex shaped parts and its characteristics of NC graphics programming method based on UG software are introduced. The verify method of NC codes produced by this method and the main procedure of developing verifying software with GRIP language are illustrated. Meanwhile the way to improve the quality and efficiency of NC manufacturing is recommended.
