摘    要:在磁耦合谐振式无线电能传输系统中,当传输线圈偏移和负载发生变化时,会改变系统的谐振频率点,导致系统工作在失谐状态,传输效率大幅度下降。针对该问题,设计了一种基于STM32频率跟踪控制的无线电能传输系统。首先从原理上对串-串(SS)型系统的失谐进行了分析,得到高频逆变器输出电压和电流的相位角与谐振频率的关系;然后通过实时监测发射线圈电流和高频逆变器输出电压,并在控制器中计算其相位差,再根据相位角与谐振频率的关系对系统的工作频率进行实时连续调节,使系统重新恢复谐振;最后选用STM32F407作为主控芯片,搭建了SS型无线电能传输系统进行实验验证。实验结果表明,该方案可以实现系统频率的实时调节,保证系统重新达到谐振状态,提高了系统的传输效率。

Abstract:In a magnetically coupled resonant radio power transmission system,when the transmission coil is offset and the load changes,the resonance frequency points of the system will change,resulting in the system operating in a mistuned state,and the transmission efficiency will be greatly reduced.To solve this problem,a radio power transmission system based on STM32 frequency tracking control is designed.First,the mistuning of SS type system is analyzed in principle,and the relationship between the phase angle of output voltage and current of the high frequency inverter and the resonance frequency is obtained.The phase difference is calculated in the controller by real-time monitoring the current of the launch coil and the output voltage of the high frequency inverter.According to the relationship between the phase angle and the resonance frequency,the operating frequency of the system is continuously adjusted in real time to restore the resonance.Finally,STM32F407 is selected as the main control chip,and an SS type radio power transmission system is built for experimental verification.The experimental results show that the scheme can adjust the system frequency in real time,ensure the system to reach the resonance state again,and improve the transmission efficiency of the system.
