独立董事独立性的文化悖论

摘    要:独立董事制度在我国没有真正有效地发挥作用,究其原因在于独立董事的独立性没有得到保证。中国特有文化下形成的人的处世哲学和价值理念与独立董事独立性之间存在相悖之处是造成这一现象的原因。

Abstract:The independent director institution has not yet played their role effectively in China, because the core of independent director institution-independence has not been kept. The cause for this problem is that the life philosophy and values formed in the Chinese unique culture contradicts the independence of independent directors.
