多断口灭弧防雷间隙仿真与试验研究

摘    要:为了解决雷击产生的工频电弧引起输电线路跳闸难题,研究了一种能快速熄灭工频电弧的多断口灭弧防雷间隙.简述了多断口灭弧防雷间隙灭弧原理,建立了气流耦合电弧的磁流体方程,确定了电弧二维仿真模型,并用COMSOL Multiphysics多物理场仿真软件对高速气流耦合电弧过程仿真,在实验室内进行了灭弧实验,在实际运行中验证了其灭弧防雷效果.仿真、实验结果共同表明:多断口灭弧防雷间隙能够在0.3 ms内完全熄灭电弧,并且气流能够切断后续工频电弧通道能量补给,阻止电弧重燃.实际运行结果表明:多断口灭弧防雷间隙已经成功防护多次巨大雷击,线路正常运行未发生跳闸事故.

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of power frequency arc caused by lightning strike, the author studies a multi-break arc lightning clearance which can quickly extinguish power frequency arc. In this paper, the principle of multi-fracture arc extinguishing gap arc extinguishing is introduced briefly, the magnetic fluid equation of air-coupled arc is established, the two-dimensional simulation model of arc is determined, and the high-speed air flow coupling arc process is simulated by Comsol Multiphysics multi-physical field simulation software. Simulation and experimental results show that multi-fracture arc-extinguishing clearance energy. Sufficient to extinguish the arc completely within 300us, and the air flow can cut off the energy supply of subsequent power frequency arc channel and prevent the re-combustion of the arc. The actual operation results show that the multi-fracture arc extinguishing lightning protection gap has been successfully protected against many huge lightning strikes, and no tripping accident has occurred in the normal operation of the line.
