摘    要:文章针对光伏电源出力的波动性可能带来的配电网电压波动问题,结合光伏电源一次能源特性,开展了分布式光伏对配电网馈线电压波动影响机理的一般性分析,提出了10 kV馈线可接入的最大光伏容量的估算公式;在此基础上总结了包括接馈线结构、线路型号、供电范围、线路负荷分布等在内的并网相关影响因素,构建了综合考虑所提影响因素的分布式光伏接入配电网馈线典型场景。基于所提场景的仿真分析,给出了分布式光伏接入配电网馈线位置的推荐方案以及分布式光伏接入馈线的各影响因素影响大小的评估结果。

Abstract:Aiming at the voltage fluctuation of distribution network caused by photovoltaic power sources output volatility,the general analysis of voltage fluctuation influence mechanism triggered by distributed photovoltaic is performed and the estimation formula of photovoltaic maximum access capacity in 10 kV feeder are presented.On this basis,the relevant influence factor of grid-connection is summarized with feeder structure,feeder type,power supply scope and load distribution included.The typical scene of distributed photovoltaic access to distribution network feeder is constructed with comprehensive consideration of the factors mentioned above.Based on the simulation of these scenes,they are provided that the recommendation scheme of distributed photovoltaic integration location in feeder and the influence factor evaluation results of distributed photovoltaic access to feeder.
