基于主从博弈理论的社区微电网-配网能量交易模型研究

摘    要:随着全球环境污染问题及化石能源短缺问题日趋突出,分布式光伏大量接入配电侧导致微电网环境下的能量管理愈发困难.为实现微电网能源高效消纳及资源合理配置,提出了一种基于主从博弈的能量交易优化模型.针对光伏产消型社区微电网建立一种新型区域电力市场模型,并根据电网分时电价模型及内部交易电价模型提出市场交易模式选择方案.提出基于数据驱动的产消者负荷模型,并搭建用户经济模型.基于主从博弈理论提出售电用户(主导方)与购电用户(随从方)的博弈模型,并结合微分进化算法提出该模型的求解流程.算例验证了该优化模型对于提升社区收益、促进能量消纳的有效性.

Abstract:Due to the%20gradual%20exhaustion%20of%20fossil%20energy%20and%20the%20gradual%20aggravation%20of%20environmental%20pollution,%20a%20large%20number%20of%20distributed%20photovoltaic%20cells%20are%20connected to the%20distribution%20side,%20which%20makes%20the%20energy%20management%20in%20the%20microgrid%20environment%20more%20difficult.%20An%20optimization%20model%20based%20on%20leader-follower%20game%20was%20proposed to realize%20the%20energy%20efficient%20consumption%20and%20reasonable%20resource%20allocation.%20Firstly,%20a%20new%20regional%20electricity%20market%20model%20is%20established%20for%20a%20residential%20community%20with%20new%20energy%20generation,%20and%20the%20selection%20scheme%20of%20market%20trading%20mode%20is%20proposed%20according to the%20time-of-use%20price%20mode%20and%20the%20internal%20transaction%20price%20mode.%20Secondly,%20the%20uncertain%20load%20mode%20of%20prosumer%20is%20proposed%20based%20on%20data-driven,%20and%20the%20revenue%20mode%20is%20established%20correspondingly.%20Finally,%20based%20on%20Stackleberg%20game%20theory,%20game%20model%20of%20sales%20users%20(leader)%20and%20power%20purchase%20users%20(followers)%20is%20proposed.%20The%20method%20and%20procedure%20are%20proposed%20based%20on%20differential%20evolution%20algorithm.%20With%20practical%20example,%20effectiveness%20of%20the%20model%20is%20verified%20in%20terms%20of%20improving%20community%20benefits%20and%20promoting%20energy%20absorption.
