| 摘 要： | 从投资决策阶段、设计阶段、施工招标阶段和施工阶段等方面就建设工程监理如何有效进行投资控制做一探讨,通过经济分析、技术比较及效果评价,指出应正确处理技术先进与经济合理两者之间对立统一的关系,并应建立一套科学完善的工程造价管理体系,从而有效控制工程造价。

| Abstract: | The article discusses the way to carry out investment control by construction engineering supervision from the stages of investment decision,design,bidding and construction,proposes through economic analysis,technical comparison and effect evaluation that man should correctly treat the relationship between advanced techniques and rational economy and should set up a suit of scientific and perfect construction cost management system,in order to effectively control construction cost. |
