| 摘 要： | 前纺重定量是棉纺工程技术发展的方向,为了提高棉纱质量,应遵循纺纱牵伸原理.对前纺重定量的负面效应,研试对策,细纱采用V型牵伸气动加压并配置高弹性、低硬度、重加压胶辊;根据细纱不匀产生机理同时降低前纺、细纱工艺流程附加不匀率,前纺并、粗、精胶辊也向高弹性、低硬度、重加压等适纺纱性发展.

| Abstract: | The future development of cotton spinning process is big ration in fore-spinning section.Quality upgrading of cotton fiber needs researh of the side effect of big ration in fore-spinning section on the basis of the spinning draft element plus application of V-shape draft with pneumatic pressurizing together with the cots with hi-elasticity and low rigidity and big pressure.What's more,lowering the additional unevenness of spinning process flow on the basis of unevenness forming philosophy of spun yarn is also required with the cots of hi-elasticity,low rigidity and big pressure in sections of doubling,roving and spinning process. |
