摘    要:一种基于力密度的优化找形方法,可提高周边桁架可展开天线的网面精度和索段预拉力的均匀性,该方法以索段的力密度为设计变量,索网网面精度及索段预拉力均匀性为目标函数,索网的力密度方程为约束函数,优化得到网面的初始平衡态.算例结果表明,通过该方法能够获得相对较高的网面精度和较均匀的索网预拉力.

Abstract:To improve the surface accuracy of AstroMesh deployable reflector and the uniformity of the pre-tensions,a form-finding optimization based on force-density method is presented.With the force-density of all cables as design variables,the surface accuracy of the cable net and the uniformity of the pre-tensions as objectives,the force-density equations as constraints,an optimization was used to determine the initial shape of the cable net.The result,derived from the proposed method,provided high surface accura...
