摘    要:介绍三峡二期工程左岸非溢流坝 18号坝段排沙钢管进水口底板高标号混凝土在高温季节按照技术要求和常规方法施工的过程 .对混凝土出机口温度的控制、混凝土运输和入仓过程中的温度回升、仓面保温以及人工降低外界气温的方法进行阐述 ,并对减少胶凝材料水化热温升、温度控制方法、检测手段进行简要描述 ,提出在高温季节混凝土浇筑过程中值得注意的事项 .

Abstract:Introduced is the technical requirement and conventional method based construction process of high-grade concrete on the inlet base slab of desiliting steel pipes at the 18th section of the left non-overflow dam in the second period of the Three Gorges Project during hot seasons. Methods for the mixer outlet temperature control, concrete temperature recovery during its delivery into silos, silo surface heat insulation, and artificial l-owering of surrounding temperature are expounded. Meanwhile, measures for the reduction of hydration heat in cementing material and for temperature control and monitoring are also briefly described. Finally, some factors are pointed out which need to be considered during the process of concrete pouring in hot seasons.
